Wheat Toast

1 mano de pina y sandia

“PEOPLES LIVES ARE UNSATISFIED OR SOCIETY MAKES THEM TO WANT SOMETHING ELSE”





For some reason we have been in the same position of wanting something else and not accepting what we have. However what are the main reasons to believe in this statement.

I believe one of those reasons is that people get such in the same old habits or daily life routines. In certain point they get tired and they will aspire better accomplishments for their lives in the future. This doesn’t mean that what they do have or do is wrong. Perhaps they have an amazing job but maybe they wanted to get a job that has a passion or a meaningful success for their personal success.

Another Huge Impact of these reasons has to be with our competitive society. I think since we were younger, we have been comparing ourselves to our brothers, sisters, or friends. For example lets think in a classroom were a teacher will ask for a project to be due as a presentation in front of all the classmates. I think most of the students will try to do their best and show their talents to eventually get on the best grades from it.

What I’m trying to explain is we have been always graded or qualified for what we do. Once again is not that we are unsatisfied for what we do, but we will always aspire to be the better in class, in our jobs, families and all our surroundings.

            The third reason that I believe is mainly depending on the person, but I figure that we will always establish a goal in a short or long period of time. This will show an improvement. For example I’ve seen a lot of my friends that have done their life plan through their goals that had been established since we were in school together. Maybe they haven’t got a lot of them, but I’m pretty certain that they will get those.

In my point of view, people’s choices always will make a new path and the better things they will  get , the better things they will like to have.  And at least for me, is good to believe to be better always and  not be a conformism for anything. Because you will never know where this may lead you or what experiences can you get from those.

Feel free to try new ingredients, new colors, new textures, new flavors, new spices....

Empieza por creer en que puedes cocinar, realiza cosas sencillas: prueba empezando a comprar por 1 vez por semana, ingredientes que utilizaras toda esa semana para que no se desperdicie. Intenta usar nuevos ingredientes, sabores, colores, texturas, especies.

Sometimes we think that  it could be super hard to be able to meditate. Im still learning, but i believe if you encourage yourself to start by 5 min each day, maybe who knows after a week you will be able to go a little bit up to 10 min and so on for the next days. Recorded Guided meditations are awesome to start, however you have to focus and listen to your heart and mind.


Se que tal vez suena imposible, pero puedes empezar dia a dia toma 5 min de tu vida diaria y el estrés. Y tu vida cambia de verdad, ves todo mas ligero y te enfocas en tus ideas y tu manera diferente de ver todo.
Solo cuida to postura, que no te importen los ruidos pero si puedes estar en un ambiente mas tranquilo seria ideal

Herramientas de la Vida !!



One of the Best Tools that has been so helpful for me is " Circle of Life". You can start by thinking in which areas you need to work on , because you are not satisfied 100%  on what you are doing. So take 5 min of your busy life and start thinking on those !!

Empieza a utilizar uno de los diagramas que mas me ayudado, checa bien cada una de las seccion y en verdad estudiare, piensa en que areas te gustaria trabajar, ponte metas  a corto o largo plazo. Pero tu tienes el control de sentir el equilibrio y en saber que es lo que realmente te hace falta y poder trabajar en ello. 


A QUICK SUNDAY RECIPE:


1 hour of Yoga ( or any type of activity you enjoy)
1 Cup of Decaf Coffee or Hot Tea
A bowl of Strawberries and GrapeFruit 
1 piece of Wheat Bread
1 sunny side up Egg


Una rapida Receta de Domingo 

1 Hora de Yoga o cualquier actividad que disfrutes
1 taza de cafe descafeinado o Te caliente
Un tazon de fresas con toronja
1 pieza de pan de trigo
1 huevo estrellado

Good Morning Breakfast!!!


SATURDAY SPECIAL!! " Spinach Omellete"


After going for a run of 2 miles, i decided to come home and do one of my favorite Omellets to start my day.

This is what you need :


2 Eggs Scramble                            2 Huevos revueltos
3 slices of Cheddar Cheese            3 Rebanadas delgadas de Queso Cheddar
1 Hand of Spinach                         1 Mano de Espinacas
 Tomato Slices                                Rebanadas de Tomate
Avocado Slices                             Rebanadas de Aguacate
1 Orange                                       1 Naranja


All you need to do is put the scrambles eggs in the pan and wait until it cooks a little bit to add the cheese in the middle so it can melt easily. Then you will add the spinach and you can add the rest of the ingredients inside or outside to garnish.


Recuerda que es muy facil, solo deja cocer un poco el huevo revuelto en el sartén, despues adiere el queso a la mitad para que se pueda derretir, y puedes agregar la espinaca y los demas ingredientes. O tambien ponerlos arriba del platillo.


I also had a great glass of Tomato juice :),
un Jugo de tomate por que no....

Como conectarnos con nosotros mismos?

La buena autora Gaby Vargas en su libro "Conectate", nos otorga una invitacion para explorarnos como personas, como profesionistas, como madres de familia, como estudiantes, como jovenes inalcanzables. Se puede decir que en cada rol que vivimos dia a dia nos pregunta si realizamos todo como maquinas con combustible. Sin embargo el otro lado de la moneda es realizar cada uno de nuestros roles al maximo disfrutando cada segundo de la vida. Y aunque suene muy trillado, o que me lo haya contado tus abuelitos, es verdad. La realidad es que tal vez no se si sea la edad, o las experiencias que enfrentas como persona, pero te hacen mas unicos y te llena la mente de preguntas que debes de resolver. Debes de conectarte contigo mismo para poder disfrutar aquel vaso de jugo de naranja que te tomas a las carreras por las mananas para correr al trabajo, al gimnasio o  la vida rutinaria que llevas. Debes de conectarte contigo mismo para poder disfrutar la musica que llevas dentro, ya sea esa cancion que no se te quita de la mente, esa estacion de radio, ese ruido de las calles, de la ciudad o simplemente el reloj de tu muneca que dice tic tac.  A mi poca o mucha edad yo vivia el mundo como si se acabara pero de una forma no tan despierta, quiera realizar todos los retos posibles, quería experimentar cosas que tal vez a mi edad no las debia haber experimentado aun, pero sin embargo lo hice. No me arrepiento para nada, pero tal vez me hubiera gustado que alguien me dijera espera un minuto detente y observa, checa todo disfrutalo todo pero de verdad  de corazon escucha tu cuerpo, tu mente y tu espacio.

;) bueno espero poder dia a dia comentarles y expresarles todo lo lindo que pas alrededor de mi!

Finding a new beggining!


After having rough times through my life, i have experience the best cure for me and i would love to share these amazing recipes, tips, and knowledge that i have been learning through my wellness program; meditation, yoga, and reading great qoutes and books. However the most important part is to be able to accomplish my goals and tell you from my experience that you can do it too!


Quisiera Compartirles un poquito o mucho de todo lo que me ah ayudado a reencontrarme, y conectarme nuevamente con la vida. Mediante recetas de cocina, tips, excelentes libros, ejercicios que te llevan a realizar nuevos habitos y mejora tu vida personal. Creo que todo mundo nos lo ah dicho alguna vez, pero hasta que no lo experimentamos no podemos decir si se puede y tu tambien puedes hacerlo!!
